Shipping

At Nice Aprons, we use Australia Post for all our national and international shipping. Orders are charged at a flat rate of $5 (AUD) for Australian delivery locations and $10 (AUD) for international delivery locations.

Orders that are placed before noon AEST on business days will normally be fulfilled/packed and dispatched on the very same day. If orders are placed in the afternoon, then will they will be dispatched on the following business day.

Shipping is from our location in Brisbane, Australia. Australia Post typically takes 2-6 days to deliver our parcels for most Metro and inter regional postcodes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipping around the world has changed. Delays in interstate network deliveries due to border controls. In some circumstances, it may take a couple additional days for parcels to arrive. Please visit the Australia Post website (www.australiapost.com.au) for the most up-to-date information.

Standard Shipping inside Australia:

1-3 business days to Queensland

2-6 business days VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*

3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania *

* Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

International Orders:

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Nice Aprons, you will be are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your apron. It's never a good thing if the product doesn't suit your needs or what you have hoped for. For this reason, we offer returns within 60 days of the order date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Unfortunately, we will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used.

In relation to the conditions of returns, we do have 3 requirements/terms. They are;

  1. You need to return the apron to us within 60 days of order date.
  2. It needs to be in an unworn state. Understandably, We can't accept an apron returned with chocolate / flour marks all over it.
  3.  Postage is non-refundable.

Nice Aprons reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

What is the process of requesting a refund?

The first thing to do is contact us to let us know your intention, along with your name, reason for return and order number so we can initiate the return in our system. We want it to be as straight forward / easy as possible. As soon as receive the return, and providing the apron is in perfect condition and adheres to the returns policy as set above, we will immediately issue your refund or an exchange if requested. Please make sure you use registered post when sending returns.

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for returns items not received by registered post.

Faulty Aprons

We take every precaution possible to ensure the aprons you are receiving are of the highest quality. If however, you find a fault with one of our aprons, you will be entitled to the following remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

They are:

  1. An exchange or refund for major failure or faults
  2. Exchange or repair if the apron does not meet an acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

In assessing a claim, Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time passed since the product was bought, how the product was used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before failure becomes noticeable.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us here. Of course, if you product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return deliver of the item.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are automatically processed through our online merchant facility back onto the credit card account used to make the original purchase. One we have received your returned items, please allow for up to 5 working days for your refund to processed – Please keep in mind some financial institutions may take a couple extra days to return the funds into your account.
